State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers on Schuylkill County roadways.
• A crash was reported at 3:40 a.m. on Jan. 15 along Ann Street in Norwegian Township. Troopers said Elizabeth M. Koropchak, 71, of Pottsville, was driving a 2006 Dodge Ram truck southbound when she said a deer entered the road in front of her. She swerved to the right with the front right corner of her vehicle striking the left side of a 2013 Nissan Juke, which was legally parked along the right berm. Impact forced the Nissan forward causing it to spin clockwise 180 degrees before striking a chain-link fence.
After impact, Koropchak continued south for about a quarter mile before stopping when her vehicle became disabled. She then called Pottsville police.
No injuries were reported. Koropchak was cited for the crash.
A one-vehicle crash was reported at 9:12 a.m. on Jan. 15 along Trestle Court Road, in Pine Grove Township. Troopers said Ryan A. Reichert, 33, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2007 Kia Sedona when it left the road and struck a building at 840 Tresle Court Road. Reichert sustained a suspected minor injury, but did not require immediate medical attention.
Another one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:13 p.m. on Jan. 14 along Route 25 in Hubley Township. Troopers said Jason M. Lentz, 26, of Hegins, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet mini van westbound when he lost control. The vehicle went onto the left shoulder and struck a utility pole.
Lentz sustained suspected minor injuries, but refused medical treatment. The vehicle had to be towed.
