State police at Stroudsburg reported an arrest made by troopers.

On Saturday at 1:15 a.m. troopers responded to a reported location of a stolen vehicle at Burson Street and Franklin Hill Road in Stones Throw Community, in East Stroudsburg. During the investigation troopers learned that a male driver frequented the area of American Way in Smithfield Township. Troopers arrived in that area and located the 19-year-old man from Effort, who they declined to identify.

He was taken into custody for multiple warrants. The owner of the stolen vehicle arrived and identified the teen suspect as the driver.
