A Larksville, Pa. resident with a warrant out of Northampton County was arrested Tuesday by Pocono Mountain Regional police following a traffic stop on Route 115.

Keith Scarpelli, 40, was stopped near the Monroe/Luzerne county line just before 2 a.m.According to Pocono Mountain Regional Police Chief Chris Wagner, the arrest warrant was for fraud.Scarpelli was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
