A Lehighton woman has been charged with theft from vehicles.

Lehighton police said Pamela Bowman, 35, of 235 N. Third St., has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. Police said on May 16 about 8:25 p.m. Bowman was observed entering several vehicles in the 200 block of S. First St. and, removing a pair of sunglasses and credit cards and identification cards.
