Filed in the office of Carbon County Prothonotary Joseph Modrick in the Carbon County Courthouse, Jim Thorpe, this morning was the appointment of Miss Anne Cipko of Nesquehoning as deputy clerk of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace and Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery of Carbon County.

The appointment was made by Clerk of Courts Frank E. Wehr of Summit Hill.

Miss Cipko had served as Mr. Wehr’s deputy during his previous term in that office. He was re-elected to another four-year term in November.
