Rick Brownmiller, left, of Lehighton took advantage of having his beagles, Shania and Mazie, vaccinated against rabies during the spring rabies clinic held Sunday at the Beaver Run Rod and Gun Club, Lehighton. Shania, left is 6 years old and is Mazie's mother. Mazie is 3 years old. Brownmiller was assisted with his dogs by his brother, Ryan, right. Administering the injections was Dr. Betsy Squires, who was the veterinarian in charge. Approximately 100 inoculations were administered. Proceeds from the clinic benefited Carbon County Animal Shelter.
