Students and instructors of Mountain Karate Academy located at 468 Delaware Ave. in Palmerton have donated a collection of Hess toy trucks, toy bank trucks, Hallmark toys, Ertl farm toys, and other items to Family Promise in Nesquehoning.
Interim Director Jaimie Phelps said Family Promise receives more donations for girls than boys and welcomes the generous donation.
Master Paul Maglionico, chief martial arts instructor, said, “Mountain Karate is thrilled to partner with a local organization that helps local people.”
Mountain Karate offers martial arts classes for children, teens and adults, as well as builds character and strong leadership abilities.
