A Monroe County man is facing charges following a domestic assault.

State police at Lehighton responded to Ruby Court, Ross Township, on Dec. 3 at 4:54 p.m.

Timothy Thierry, 66, of Saylorsburg, has been charged with simple assault and harassment - physical contact.

The listed victim is a 62-year-old woman from Saylorsburg.
