Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Resisting arrest:

Brandon Coulson, 29, of Palmerton, was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, persistent disorderly conduct, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, for an incident on Nov. 17 in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue.

DUI:

Darin Murphy, 52, of Albrightsville, was charged with three counts: DUI, careless driving and windshield obstructions for an incident on Oct. 22 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

Peter Halada III, 29, of Palmerton, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident on Sept. 21 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Criminal trespass:

Jose Amorim, 71, of Palmerton, was charged with criminal trespass, for an incident on Nov. 18 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Disorderly conduct:

William Santiago, 25, of Lehighton, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, for an incident on Nov. 8 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations:

Police also issued four citations for traffic violations, and two each for speeding and vehicle violations.
