Are you dreading the upcoming holiday season because you are grieving the death of a close family member or friend? If so, GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays may help.

The group will hold a two-hour seminar, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 at Grace-St. Paul’s UMC, 40 Church Road, Jim Thorpe, to help those who are grieving.

During the seminar, participants will meet others who have lost a loved one, watch a helpful video, receive a useful workbook, and have an opportunity for discussion. There is no charge.
