The Marian boys and Northern Lehigh girls picked up basketball victories on Tuesday.

Tri-Valley-Marian
Marian broke the game open in the third quarter and cruised to a 76-63 Schuylkill League victory over Tri-Valley.
Tyler Fritz sparked the Colts with a game-high 35 points. Chris Ritsick followed with 15 points, Dante Agosti added 12, and Logan Fritz netted 10.
Marian improves to 15-3 overall (8-2 SL), while Tri-Valley drops to 10-8 (6-4 SL).

Blue Mountain edged Tamaqua 56-50 in Schuylkill League play.
The Eagles’ victory ties them with Tamaqua for second place in Division I with identical 8-3 league marks. Both teams have three games remaining as they battle for a league playoff berth. Pottsville (11-0) has already clinched the Division 1 title.
Lucas Gregoire led the Blue Raiders (13-6) with 17 points, while Brayden Knoblauch and Nate Gregoire followed with 15 and 10 points, respectively.
Alex Ketch paced the Blue Eagles (15-4) with 17 points.
