St. John Lutheran

The Rev. Phyllis Wolford will officiate at the 9:15 a.m. Sunday service in St. John’s Lutheran Church with Holy Communion. Sunday school/confirmation classes will meet at 10:30 a.m.

Activities for the coming week include: Monday Church council, 7 p.m.; Jan. 16 Angel choir at 6 p.m., Shepherd choir at 6:30 p.m., Property meeting at 7 p.m. and Chancel choir 7:30 p.m.; Jan. 19 bell choir practice will be held at 8 a.m. Reminder that items are due for the newsletter.

Zion Lewistown

Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. service this Sunday at Zion Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes will meet at 9:15 a.m. The dedication of the Education Building will follow the service.

The fundraising committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, followed by the preschool board at 7:30 p.m. Zion men will meet in memorial hall at 8 a.m. on Jan. 25.

Calvary Lewistown

Sunday morning worship will be held at 10:25 a.m. with guest speaker Mrs. Erica Murphy at Calvary Evangelical Methodist Church in the Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes are held at 9:15 a.m. Evening praise and Bible study will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Prayer meeting will be held on Wednesday. Call 570-668-9111 to place prayer requests or praise before 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
