State police at Lehighton reported investigating a motorcycle crash at 4:37 p.m. on Sept. 29 along Route 209 in Polk Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Adam F. Magargal, 45, of Hellertown, was driving a 2004 Harley-Davidson when he approached traffic that was stopped. He lost control of the bike and fell off it, sliding on the roadway. West End ambulance personnel arrived on scene and treated Magargal for a minor injury. The bike had to be towed.

Troopers cited Magargal for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.
