State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a criminal mischief incident in which someone shot an arrow into the hood of a man’s car in Chestnuthill Township.

The 64-year-old Effort man,told police at 1:16 p.m. Oct. 6 that someone shot the arrow at the 2005 Dodge while it was located on Pipit Lane in the township.
