TAMAQUA CLASS OF 1976 REUNION
The Tamaqua Area High School Class of 1976 held their 45th anniversary class reunion on Sept. 4 at Matt Hope’s grove in Walker Township. A picnic luncheon was catered by A&C Catering. Entertainment was provided by “It Takes Two” featuring Carol Tempest and Sam Alonge. Special thanks to classmates Fred Confer and Ron Tempest for engaging their businesses to make our evening a huge success. We would also like to thank Lisa and Matt Hope for their generosity in providing their beautiful grove as a perfect setting for our picnic. A moment of silence was held following a reading of the names of the 32 classmates who have passed on, forever in our hearts and memories.
