On Oct. 13, join the Carbon County Art League in a presentation by Carla Binder called Frame It From Your Kitchen Table.

The presentation will be held from 6-8 p.m. at the Palmerton Area Library, located at 402 Delaware Ave.

The presenter will show some of her tips and tricks on how to achieve professional looking framing in time for your next art exhibit, and on budget.
