Police were told that Stephen Miller, 63, had left in a red truck despite having a suspended driver’s license.

The victim said she was driving down Route 209 coming home from Pottsville and Miller was driving in front of her when he slammed on his brakes and tried to run her off the road.

The victim passed Miller, and he threw something out the window at her car.

When the victim came down South Lehigh Street to the stop sign, Miller pulled out and cut her car off so she could not drive away.

Miller got out of his car and started banging on the her windows, and then went to the passenger side and started banging on the windows.

The victim got out of her van and the two began arguing. Police said Miller grabbed the woman and threw her on the ground twice. She had scrapes on both elbows and knees.

Miller faces charges of simple assault; harassment; disorderly conduct — engage in fighting; and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
