The Cancer Programs Open House-­Cancer Support Community of Greater Lehigh Valley and Turn To Us will host a cancer programs open house on Aug. 25 at the organization’s Nesquehoning center, 46 W. Catawissa St.

The event will introduce free programs for Carbon County Cancer Survivors.

A Cancer Support Community of Greater Lehigh Valley staff member will be in the Turn To Us office one day a week to provide support and services.

This open house explores a sampling of programs from CSCGLV including: Expressive arts, wig salon, meditation, mindfulness, education, healthy lifestyle and financial assistance (Turn To Us)

The services are free to anyone affected by cancer, including caregivers.

Registration and masks are required.
