The Parryville Borough Council reorganized last night, naming Troy Minnich as its president and Carl Wolter as the vice president.

The reorganization comes after four new members of the council gathered for their first meeting, including Wolter, Minnich, Martha Wentz and Scott Serfass following their appointment by President Judge John P. Lavelle of the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas.

The foursome join Donald Smith, the only council member who did not resign at the July 2 meeting. At that session, President Jeannine Siegmond, Vice President George Fedor Jr. and members Charles Wentz and Thomas Miller resigned their positions on the council.
