Nesquehoning police responded to a crash along Route 93 early Monday morning.
According to police Chief Sean Smith, a Hyundai, driven by John Fatzie Jr., was traveling south when Fatzie lost control and the vehicle spun clockwise, hitting a guide rail on the northbound lane before coming to rest on the berm.
Fatzie sustained minor injuries and the vehicle had to be towed.
Police notified the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation regarding the damage to the rail.
