• Slatington Baptist Church, 509 Main St. in Slatington, July 18-22, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Registration July 18 from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Climb aboard for mountains of fun at Rocky Railway. On this faith-filled adventure your kids discover that trusting Jesus pulls them through life’s ups and downs. There will be Bible lessons, songs, games, crafts and refreshments. • Vacation Bible School will be held July 19-23 at Lewistown Valley Tabernacle. To register call 570-952-1678 or go to https://lvvbs.myanswers.com/mystery-island.
• St. Matthew’s UCC, Kunkletown, Knights of North Castle, 9 a.m. to noon July 19-23. The week will include Bible stories, crafts, science experiments, games and songs and a field trip to the Lehigh Valley Zoo, which will include a minimal fee.
• Bethany Evangelical Congregational Church, 222 North St., Lehighton, VBS Superheroes of the Faith, July 26-30.
• Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Gilbert, has announced its Mega Sports Camp Vacation Bible School will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 2-6. Lunch will be provided. Registration forms and photo releases are needed.
• Ebenezer EC Church, 441 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, will be holding VBS Aug. 2-6, from 6-8:30 p.m. For more information or to register, please email the church at ebenezerecc@gmail.com or call 570-325-2855.
• Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, Aug. 3-5, 6:30-8:30 p.m., for students ages 3 to sixth grade. The theme is “Rocky Railway: Jesus’ Power Pulls Us Through.” Registration is free; forms are available in the narthex, church office or on the church website.
