Ring of Fire eclipse this morning

A lone bird eclipsed by the “Ring of Fire” eclipse, taking place approximately 5:45 a.m. Thursday, as seen from Route 903 north of the mausoleum in Jim Thorpe. According to Astronomy.com, an annular solar eclipse occurs when the moon covers the sun. During an annular solar eclipse, a thin ring of the solar disk is still visible even during totality - this is often called the ring of fire.
