June 7, 2004 - Ten Times News area players compete in the annual Schuylkill County Coaches All-Star football game at the Men of Marian Stadium in Hometown. Marian quarterback T.J. Lawrence completes two passes for 91 yards and runs nine times for 26 yards and a touchdown for the North squad, which falls 15-14 on a late scoring run by Justin Bender of Williams Valley. The Colts’ Nate Phillips catches two passes for 46 yards, while teammate Jeremy Honus adds nine yards on three carries. Other locals in the game include Marian’s Bruce Shickora, Andrew Michalik and Justin Dunn; Jim Thorpe’s William Kunkel and Dave Vukovic; Panther Valley’s Jono Stefanick; and Tamaqua’s Andrew Danko.
