The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced the menu for the week of May 31-June 4.

Monday: Center closed in observance of Memorial Day

Tuesday: Ravioli, broccoli/cauliflower mix, yogurt or chicken bacon ranch salad

Wednesday: Turkey Diane, boiled potatoes, Capri vegetables, pears or egg salad sandwich

Thursday: Stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, carrots, fruited Jello or Greek salad with chicken

Friday: Chicken Alfredo, penne pasta, zucchini, apple slices or antipasto

The senior center also has the following events for the month:

Bingo on June 1 at 10:45 a.m.; Wii Bowling Tournament on June 2 at 10 a.m.; Horse racing on June 3 at 11 a.m.; Po-Keeno on June 4 at 11 a.m.

Yahtzee on June 7 at 11 a.m.; Bingo Sponsored by The Palmerton on June 8 at 11 a.m.; Name That Tune on June 9 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on June 10 at 10:45 a.m.; Scattergories on June 11 at 11 a.m.

Pool, cards, games and socialization available every day.
