No one was injured during a one-car crash late Saturday night in Mahoning Township.
Township police Chief Audie Mertz said the incident occurred at 11:50 p.m. at the intersection of Spring Hill and Jamestown Road.
Mertz said a vehicle was heading north on Spring Hill Road when it went off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole.
He said the driver, who he wouldn’t identify until the results of a blood test are reviewed, was not injured.
Mertz said charges are pending the results of the blood test.
He said Lehighton Police Department and PPL also assisted at the scene.
