Two people arrested by Coaldale Police on DUI charges received county prison sentences, in rulings by Judge James P. Goodman on Dec. 12.
Paul J. Yeager
, 49, Coaldale was arrested June 8, 2018, on four counts of DUI/controlled substance. He will serve 90 days to five years and pay fines and costs of $2,302. His license suspension will be 18 months. He must complete alcohol highway safety school and do 10 hours community service.
Nicole J. Schiano
, 38, Minersville was arrested Dec. 21, 2015, on a charge of DUI/controlled substance and careless driving. She was sentenced to 72 hours to six months and must pay fines and costs totaling $1,727. Her license will be suspended for two months. She must complete alcohol highway safety school.
In a decision by President Judge William E. Baldwin on Dec. 13, a Lansford man received a county prison sentence on charges of DUI and driving while operator’s privileges were suspended.
Floyd R. Wilson
, 31, was arrested by Coaldale Police on Feb. 17. He was sentenced to 48 hours to six months and must pay fines and costs totaling $1,127. He must complete the alcohol highway safety school and do 10 hours of community service.
