A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 17.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to a residence along Penn Drive in Towamensing Township for a report of a man driving by the home of the victim.

The man was identified as Troy Kuntzman, 43, of Lehighton.

Troopers said Kuntzman was charged with intimidation of a witness.
