The Carbon County Commissioners, on Thursday, acted on the following items:

• Reappointed Dorothy Eberts of Andreas and Commissioner Chris Lukasevich of Jim Thorpe to the Carbon-Monroe-Pike Mental Health/Developmental Services Advisory Board. Lukasevich abstained from the vote.

• Approved a collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME, AFL-CIO, District Council 87, Local 2483 for the period from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023. The contract calls for wage increases of 3% in 2021; and 2% in each 2022 and 2023. Lukasevich voted no for the agreement.

• Approved the eighth amendment to the original agreement dated Feb. 19, 2015 with Delta Development Group Inc. of Mechanicsburg for professional services relative to a future ARC Power grant application (broadband feasibility and implementation study) and 2017 RACP compliance for the emergency operations training center. The amendment extends the contract for one year to March 9, 2022. The rate is $2,700 a month. All other terms remain unchanged.
