Girls basketball coach Bill “Dapper” Lynn submitted a letter of resignation during Wednesday’s Panther Valley School Board meeting. Lynn has coached the Panthers the past six seasons, compiling a career record of 29-104. Panther Valley was 6-17 this past season, losing in the quarterfinal round of the District 11 Class 3A playoffs to Palmerton.
