In response to the article on Feb. 26 (PA proposes dog license fee hike), the solution to the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement’s financial dilemma is simple.

Stop discriminating against dogs and simply license cats as well.

The bureau won’t know what to do with all the new revenue.

By the way, I don’t own a cat or dog.
