Two Monroe County residents have been charged with liquor code violations by the state police Wilkes-Barre based enforcement office.

Karol I. Love, of Tobyanna, and Yuani Nyomi Jarret, of Stroudsburg, operating out of the Melanin Social Club, 970 Sterling Road, Suite 196, Tobyanna, were charged for sales of liquor and/or malt and brewed beverages without a valid liquor license from the state liquor control board. The complaint originated out of the Pocono Regional Police Department for illegal sales of liquor and beer.
