A Carbon County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief.

State police at Lehighton said on Jan. 4 at 10:07 p.m. a 36-year-old woman from White Street, Weissport, reported a criminal mischief incident. Jonathon Rutman, 37, of Weissport, was cited.
