Palmerton got off to a fast start and then hung on to post a 55-52 Colonial League victory over Wilson.
Kody Kratzer scored 10 of his game-high 22 points, including the 1,000th of his career, during the first quarter as the Blue Bombers (2-3; 2-2) raced to an early 19-8 lead.
Palmerton also received 14 points from Owen Buck, while Tyler Stuck chipped in with nine.

A big third quarter powered Marian to a 64-47 Schuylkill League victory over Schuylkill Haven.
John Malarkey scored 10 of his 20 points in the third frame, while Dewin Concepcion tallied nine of his 20 during the period as the Colts (6-1; 4-1) erased a one-point halftime deficit with a 24-8 outburst.
Brendan Lonergan finished with 14 points for the winners, who won their sixth straight game. Concepcion also pulled down 10 rebounds.

Skyler Searfoss scored 12 of her game-high 16 points in the first half as Jim Thorpe built a big lead and cruised to a 59-38 Schuylkill League victory over Lehighton.
Olivia Smelas added seven of her 12 points in the opening two frames as the Olympians (6-2) jumped out to a 33-11 advantage. Leah Snisky added 13 points to the winning cause.
For the Indians (2-4), Abigail Meckes tallied a team-high 10 points, while Hailey Miller chipped in with nine.

Another big game from Erika Dubosky helped Panther Valley earn a 38-35 Schuylkill League victory over Blue Mountain.
Dubosky scored a game-high 23 points, pulled down 16 rebounds and blocked four shots to help the Panthers improve to 4-3 overall, and 2-2 in the league.
PV also received seven points and five boards from Maddison Maynard, while Sera Robin chipped in with five points and five steals.
