The Rush Township supervisors met on Dec. 17 and approved the following items:

• Approved the proposed 2021 budget. Taxes were not raised for the new year.

• Approved Change Order No. 1 to grant Arthur “Pat” Aungst a time extension for substantial completion to May, 15, 2021, for the Keller Road and Ye Old Hauto Road Storm Water Improvement Project.

• Approved Change Order No. 2 for Ye Old Hauto Road Stormwater Improvement Project, increasing the contract price of Arthur “Pat” Aungst by $3,533.

• Approved application for payment No. 1 from Arthur “Pat” Aungst in amount of $35,747.10 for the Ye Old Hauto Road Stormwater Improvement Project.

• Approved 90-day extension for review of Ben Titus Road subdivision.

• Approved the contribution of $1,000 to the joint pool to work on zoning amendments required by the attorney general’s office for the joint-zoning order.

• Approved a Rush Township 902 DEP recycling grant for equipment.

The administration office will be closed Jan. 1. Garbage will be picked up Jan. 2.
