A man who failed his driver’s test examination rapidly opened the door of the vehicle he was using for the test, injuring the examiner, state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said.
The incident happened at 11:54 a.m. Dec.19 in North Manheim Township.
The man, Gregory Waller, 22, of Easton, was cited for harassment by physical contact.
Police said he injured Matthew Heins, 42, of Coal Township, who administered the test to Waller.
