The Marian Catholic High School Class of 2015 will present "Godspell 2012" at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The show is directed by Judith A. Martini, musical director; Michael Brimmer, stage manager; Robert Valente, choreographer; Kelly Franks, costumes; Anne Caggiano, scene painting; Annette Bechtel, set construction; Howard Betterly; and Zachary Mrochko.Based on the Gospel according to St. Matthew, a group of people help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques and a hefty dose of comic timing. An electric blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville, is employed as the story of Jesus' life dances across the stage. Dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and Crucifixion, Jesus' messages of kindness, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life.The cast includes: Christopher Bruno as Jesus; Nicholas Sully as John the Baptist/Judas; and James McKinley, Joseph Damiano, Anthony Stianchie, Faith Befano, Amanda Champion, Taylor Horvat, Olivia Schugardt and Alison Walck as Disciples.Ensemble soloists are Monica Baranko, Ashley Fannick, Rachel Meier, Kayla Rodick, Cassandra Hoben, Annette Ritzko. Ensemble speaking parts are performed by Faith Befano, Kayla Rodick, Ashley Fannick, Lauren Nietz, Cheyanne Bray, Monica Baranko, Alexandra Stroia, Rachel Meier, Kathryn Healy.
