Nesquehoning police recently released a report on the citations issued in the borough.

Traffic citations

Officers issued 13 citations for expired registrations; seven citations for parking where prohibited; six for speeding; three each for driving a vehicle where prohibited and expired inspection; two each for driving while under suspension and operating while registration is under suspension; and one each for roadways laned for traffic, passing on a curve, passing where prohibited, failing to obey traffic signs, driving at a safe speed, no insurance and operating a vehicle with unsafe tires.

Nontraffic citations

Officers also issued the following non-traffic citations, one citation each for solid waste prohibited act and failure to pay for avoidable alarm fine.
