Adding to the already festive event outside, residents of the ABC Hi-Rise in Tamaqua gathered during their annual New Year's Eve celebration held inside the building's community room. The event consisted of music, food and dancing. The event is held in conjunction with Tamaqua's annual New Year's Eve Eagle Rise.
