The Weatherly fire department was dispatched into Packer Township on top of the Broad Mountain for a vehicle fire at 8 p.m. Friday. When crews arrived they found an abandoned BMW vehicle fully involved at the entrance of Fireline Road. The driver was not immediately located. State police are investigating.
