A Saylorsburg woman arrested by Tamaqua police for drug crimes has been freed from jail, but must abide by a strict set of conditions.
Noelle Parisi, 28, of Saylorsburg, had her bail reduced by Judge James Goodman from $25,000 to $5,000, meaning she had to post $500 to gain her freedom.Under Goodman's orders, Parisi must live with her grandfather, Cornelius England; must not possess or use alcoholic beverages, controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; and must get a job within 30 days or notify the district attorney.Parisi had been charged by Tamaqua police with two felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communication facility, and a misdemeanor charge of possessing a prescribed drug not meant for her.The charges stemmed from a May 21 incident. No other details were available about her arrest.
