The Board of Trustees of the Coaldale State General Hospital voted last night to appoint John J. Razem as interim administrator to replace Marionlee Specter who will leave at the end of this month to accept a position in Scranton.

Razem will return as administrator, effective Dec. 1.

He served as hospital administrator from July 1, 1982, to Sept. 30, 1984. At the time, he was employed by NEMA, the firm which held the hospital management contract prior to it being assumed by Geisinger Medical Management on Oct. 1, 1984.

When he begins his duties here, Razem will be the fourth person to fill the top spot this year.
