West Penn Township officials have urged people concerned with water extraction to contact several governmental agencies.

Supervisor Tony Prudenti, during discussion on the issue at Monday's board of supervisors meeting, advised residents to contact the groups."You need to call those telephone numbers," Prudenti said.
