St. Luke’s will be holding winter sports physicals for Weatherly athletes on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Weatherly Area High School Media Center.

All participants will need to sign up for a physical time to ensure social distancing. If you are not signed up, you will not get a physical. A mask must be worn at all times.

Athletes must also bring a completed PIAA CIPPE form. Forms can be downloaded from: https://www.piaa.org/resources/forms/default.aspx.
