The Carbon County Department of Veterans Affairs will host a Veterans Day Service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in Josiah White Park.

The guest speaker for the event will be retired Sgt. Major of the Army Daniel Dailey.

The county will also recognize county employees who are veterans, as well as the veterans in attendance.

Light refreshments will be served after the program.

All county Veterans Service Organizations are welcome to bring their post flag for the color guard and are encouraged to attend.
