Jerry Funk of Jim Thorpe, is the 2020 Times News Media Group Recipe Contest winner. He won an 8quart Nuwave Digital Pressure Cooker and $100 gift card from Jaindl's. Funk, who has been submitting recipes for several years, was selected from a random drawing. His recipe for ham salad was the winner. Funk submitted eight recipes.
