A Tamaqua man faces charges following incidents in May in Rush Township.

Matthew Matalavage, 19, will be charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property after he allegedly used a debit card at several locations in Hometown and Tamaqua. Matalavage did not have permission to use the card.Charges were filed earlier by Tamaqua Police.
