Smart Driver course

The former 55 Alive, now the Smart Driver safety class offered by AARP, is being offered at the Chestnuthill Township park building beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday. bkozen@ptd.net.Organ dedicationSt. Matthew's Church in Kunkletown will hold the dedication of the Dubbs organ at a 4 p.m. service Sunday. Daniel Smale has some great music planned. Dottie Hemmerly, the former organist at Dubbs, will be present as will many of the Dubbs former choir members.The two choirs will be joining members of Effort UMC for the anthems. There will be lots of favorite hymns to sing. A bagpiper will be playing and Randy Cramer on fiddle will also be playing. After the dedication service, there will be a time of refreshment in the fellowship hall.Program endingEldred Township's Electronics Recycling Program was another huge success this time around.
