The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed Tuesday that there were 1,342 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 174,646.

There are 8,384 total deaths attributed to COVID-19, an increase of 16 new deaths reported.

Carbon County is reporting 519 cases, an increase of four new cases. Deaths attributed to COVID-19 remain at 29.

Lehigh County is reporting 5,999 cases, an increase of 18. Deaths remain at 359.

Luzerne County reported an increase of 32 cases, bringing the total to 4,458. Deaths remain at 190.

Monroe County has nine new cases, bringing the total to 1,884, with 134 deaths.

Northampton County has 4,883 cases, an increase of 19 cases. There are 309 deaths.

Schuylkill County has 1,436 cases, an increase of 20. There are 65 deaths.
