Park concert

This Sunday,the Italian American Band will perform in the Palmerton Borough Park. The concert begins at 7 p.m. and is sponsored by Horsehead Community Development Fund. Bring a lawn chair. The Bandstand Committee reserves the right to cancel a concert in a case of inclement weather.Jerusalem UCCJerusalem United Church of Christ, 545 Church Drive, Trachsville will hold worship services on Sundayin the church grove. Worship begins at 9 a.m. Following the service, a covered-dish luncheon will be held to celebrate Father's Day. Please bring a main dish or dessert to share. Stay awhile and share food and fellowship with family and friends.VBS begins on July 23 and runs through the 27. The closing program will be at the 9 a.m. service on July 30. After the July 30 service a family "Carnival" will be held with games, prizes, and hot dogs.
