Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Dolbin ordered probation and parole to prepare a presentence investigation. Sentencing is 11 a.m. Oct. 14 in courtroom 6.
Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Foose said the commonwealth is pleased with the verdict.
“Let that be a lesson that we should not be carrying guns when we are not permitted to do so,” she said.
William Burke, Blose’s attorney, declined to comment.
